Best Toadies song was "Tyler" ... God how I love that track.

Sitting around somewhere here are two markedly horrible cassettes:

    1. The album Merrill Bainbridge did that had "Mouth."

    2. The album by Wendy and Lisa, the former members of Prince's band.

    Sirs, Madames,

I have The Shaggs' Philosophy of the World album ... on CD and vinyl. I've used it to clear a party that runs too late. I presume they've used it at Gitmo -- they'll stop at nothing.

My Daniel Johnston stuff would be up there. On vinyl, Savoy Brown's Jack The Toad and my one Uriah Heep album (from Grade 10) would be near top (or bottom) on worst charts.

    YHS, etc

Poison "Look What the Cat Dragged In"
    Motley Crue "Dr. Feelgood"
Dokken "Back for the Attack" -- although that album actually isn't bad. It's just a little embarrasing to have it filed between Dinosaur Jr. and Bob Dylan.

I'd have to go with St. Anger from Metallica. Definitely some of the worst crap I've ever heard. Too contrived and forced. I just pray they do a better job with the next one now they kicked that punk Bob Rock out and are using Rick Rubin.

Metallica hasn't put out a good album since 1991 and they haven't put out a great album since 1988...

I bought a CD in the late 80s from a band called Lord Tracy, named after the then-teen porn icon.

I thought they had a chance to be the next big thing in heavy metal.

    I was wrong.

I like PM Dawn, Milli Vanilli and Duran Duran and will not apologize for that.

What always got me about Milli Vanilli is that all these people loved that album...but once they found out that Rob and Fab weren't really singing, suddenly the music sucked.

IT'S THE SAME FRICKIN' MUSIC! If you liked it before, you should still like it. I bought the CD for 99 cents...

As for the worst album I still own.....A "True Blue" cassette by Madonna.

Boyz II Men is worth it just for "End of the Road." Some of the sweetest harmony ever recorded at the end of that song.

Mizzou, what's wrong with New Edition? If you are talking the self-titled CD, Cool it Now and Mr. Telephone Man are excellent songs. And I won't apologize for liking either BBD or Boyz II Men.
