Probably paid attendance there, which doesn't show how many fans actually went. ESPN stats say the Celtics ranked No. 20 in home attendance at 16,843, which actually ranks better than the Rockets. Boston drops to 23rd when it comes to attendance percentage for home site.

Bruins ranked 25th in attendance this season, ranked better than the Devils. Still not great, though.

The Red Sox morons are nothing more than the socially maladjusted family down the road who thinks they're more religious than you, the Flanderses whose God does more wondrous things than yours does, for whom privilege is their birthright and vice versa.

It's not new at all, this has been a Boston thing for 300 years.

Good point, PhilaYank. I'm not saying that Boston fans are any better or any worse than anyone else. Just not sure why they're taking such a beating here.

Make sure you have your coffin sized, too. Probably will a closed-casket ceremony.

A lot of these so called "worst sports towns" are also the most passionate about their sports. Passion can lead into a lot of bad incidents. Philly is really passionate, while some incidents are deplorable, others are taken out of context.

So what's the context of burning a coffin full of T.O memorabilia (I woulda done the same)? ;D

Here's what's laughable: Sports writers criticizing people who have to pay to get in.

A third time, why is Boston not on this list??

Watch the documentary on the 2003 Red Sox sometime. That goober "Angry Bill" is your prototypical Red Sox fan, front and center.

    So is "The Rick."
