I don't have the same desire, Steven Ash. We saw what happened last week: a good game, a shootout, the hype, the emotion. But outside of Big Ten country, I doubt there's a huge national hard-on for a rematch. I think a majority of the country wants to see someone else play Ohio State, be it USC, Florida, Arkansas, Boise State, Notre Dame. I know the argument is that the best two teams should play for the title. The best team is Ohio State. There's no right answer as to who's No. 2, though USC is closest -- even though the Trojans couldn't conquer the Beavers. This debate will rage on for another few weeks. Let's just see how USC does against Notre Dame and UCLA.

Define "better." What does that mean?

Not sure if you're using sarcasm font. But if you think it's a "better" game explain why. My gut feeling is that you live in Big Ten country. True?

yeah, but i hate BIg Ten teams seriously. i was watching the game and i thought it was a good game and all but Michigan didn't have many calls there way, especially the ones late in the game. helmet to helmet. personally i though they got busted, so they should rematch in the bowl game. when i say better, i mean its goin to be a lot more evenly called

My brain hurts after reading that so I'll just address what came at the very end...

What the hell makes you think you can predict how a game is going to be called?

what do you mean?? that's what everyone does beginning of the season, middle even in the offseason. people have to do it, i was just asking an opinion

Who do I want to see play Ohio State? If USC wins out and goes 11-1, then I want to see the Trojans, by virtue of their record, including that 2-point loss to Oregon State at Corvalis. The perverse part of me wants to see Notre Dame if the Irish beat USC.
