I see posters saying that she is responsible for her behavior because she is an adult. I don't see the people making fun of her even bothering to make excuses for it.

In the bizarro world of tell-all books and reality TV, who knows?

I don't think Steve Phillips is well-known enough for her to parlay it into much.

Then again, John and Kate should have passed into obscurity long ago.

It's not that she's an adult. It's that she put herself in the public spotlight, for all the wrong reasons. Guess what honey? Be careful what you wish for.

I'm just thankful that Phillips isn't a politician. I can't stand the awkward "my-wife-is-standing-by-me-during-this-time-of-difficulty" press conference, usually conducted while the wife is staring daggers at the husband.

Reports are that Hundley is gone, too.

To me, that's the right decision. Both deserve to be fired. She is an adult. When you are 22 years old and torment a family in that manner, there are consequences. I hope she gets some counselling. She could use some help.

Connecticut is a no-fault divorce state. But the judge can consider infidelity and other factors when deciding alimony and division of assets.

Exactly. Just look at our own industry - if Jayson Blair can get a book deal, and Janet Cooke and Stephen Glass can cash in on the movie rights to their sordid stories, odds are we may not have heard the last of Brooke Hundley.

Well, crap. It's getting obvious where Phillips is going to take this:

The poor man is sick. His sex control thingy is broke.

He'll get treatment and be all fixed.
