Seriously, though, I'll cast another vote for Posnanski. He writes simply and eloquently, and he writes what needs to be written. He doesn't always cut right to the chase (OK, so he rarely cuts right to the chase), but his points are well-taken. Glad he's finally back from his six-week sabbatical to finish that book about his summer with Buck O'Neil.

I'll second Collier. He wrote a golf column a few years back that's one of my favorites. And he was a morning guest favorite on WDVE when I was in college.

I like Lincicome, as well. He never seems to be afraid to go against the grain.
