RIP Ella

So very sorry Moddy. Losing a fur baby is an awful thing. From what you shared, Ella truly was Man's Best Friend!

Sorry to hear this Moddy. It's a day we all know will come, but we're never ready for.

I hate that their lives are so (relatively) short, but what joy they bring! RIP, Ella.

So sorry Moddy. So happy you got to enjoy the love and heartbroken you had to say goodbye. Many good healing vibes your way.

Saw this on social and was dreading this day for you, Mod, knowing how tight you two were.

An Instagram reel came up the other day that basically made the point that our pets are with us for only a small part of our lives, but we're with them for basically their entire lives. So cherish the moments. I know I gave my cats a few extra scratches last night.

Sorry, Moddy. We all know how much you two loved each other.

I keep my old dogs' tags in my wallet. The last one I had to put down was my last beagle, when my son was a baby.

I've already started dreading that time for my current dog, even through he's only 5, since he's the one who is growing up with my kids and they're perfect for each other.

He's currently running around the house with a Naruto headband around his neck while chasing my 9-year-old, who's also pretending to be a ninja.
