    Tough luck, RU

Are you overlooking the talent in New Jersey? It too is a hotbed. Schiano already recruits in Florida and will now have more clout due to all the notoriety he received this year. He'll get bigger names out of Florida, and he'll be able to get them to go to RU. Oz, good call on Snyder.

Screwjob of Oklahoma @ Oregon clouds the National Championship game

OU would certainly be in the mix if the Pac10 hadn't screwed them in Eugene.

Who has the best college football program?

Difficult to do if you also include: Business Aspects Following Overall, I'd put them on par at #1 with a clear separation between them and the rest of the pack.

    Tough luck, RU

I doubt that Petrino will stay. My money says he's gone before signing day.

    Tough luck, RU

I think Schiano stays. His situation at RU is very akin to what Paterno did at UPS, Schnellenerger at Miami, and Bowden at FSU. Essentially created a major program at a small school.

    Tough luck, RU

I'll take that bet. NJGuido.com in Miami is a better fit than the 'Eeers. With regard to the other comment on Nebraska, they'll go to San Diego in droves.

UM vs. OSU only drew a 13.4

Rammed in the ass? Why do you interject your fantasies on this board? Most of the SC fans I know stated that they were not relieved until the 3:00 mark when the onside kick was returned. Most say that the one thing they did not want to see was Brady Quinn down 6 with the ball. Especially...

UM vs. OSU only drew a 13.4

Careful. This board is festering with OSU & UM fanboys. They don't like it when you use facts to spoil their diatribes.

Writers want a rematch, Coaches do not.

Domer, you better get used to being held to a different standartd. Nobody cares what happened to you one year versus another. That stuff goes out the window. Each year is based on its own merrit. Fact of the matter is, Michigan does not deserve a shot at OSU again. (In fact, you guys...

    Notre Dame 24, USC 0

My father made us boys go to church with our mother at the half. Said the game was over. We got home and we were so disappointed that we did not get to witness the miraculous comeback. It was the last time we ever had to go to church with her. It then became my younger sister's duty when...

UM vs. OSU only drew a 13.4

Nice attempt. Back to the kitchen for you. I love how you, late to the party as you are, attempt to further deflect the obvious point that 30 million > 21 million. The UM or OSU fanboy hack wanted to crow that Saturday's Mulligan of the Century was the most watched game since 1993. Fact of...

That wasn't very nice of you Oz. You know that reason and fact are somethig that are foreign language to Michigan fanboy.

Why is Schembechler considered a "great coach"?

Valid point by you. I never spoke of it as a problem. I merely questioned the logic. I don't subscribe to the "More than one way to polish a turd" policy, but since you've polished it, I understand the flawed logic of others now. Thank you.

Poor little Alexander forkstick. He has no clue as to who my team is. "Look Honey - Dolphins!"

UM vs. OSU only drew a 13.4

Hey Eyen Stine, You might wish to check your facts. 2005 USC/ND: 30 million OSU's Mulligan of the Century was 21 million. You might want to do better than to believe a sports writer and/or his editor. Lord knows that only a few of us truly work at our craft. The rest of us are of your ilk.
