The Yankees broke Emmanuel Clase.

Mets had nice little six-game streak snapped today with a clunker against the Fish. Can't argue with 8-4, especially after last year's 0-5 start.

Lindor off to a solid start, which is nice as he's usually been bad at the plate in April. Alonso off to a great start after all the contract consternation. And Soto is Soto. Hasn't hit great yet, but reached base in his first 10 games as a Met.

Pitching has been excellent, especially with two starters out. Bullpen has been nails for the most part.

Hope is still an odd feeling in Metsville.
