One could tie this in with Aaron Rodgers publicly calling out Boomer Esiason's alleged scoop that Rodgers would potentially sit out the Super Bowl, but Esiason is just a talking head whereas Cabot is as respected as any NFL beat writer.

Baker has a right to answer … the guys on the podcast are admitting as much.

But going against Mary Kay Cabot is a mistake. For her to have accomplished what she has over the years with a franchise embroiled with the level of dysfunction the Browns have exhibited, the guess here is she dots her i's and crosses her t's.
