You knew someone would be looking at Baroid. It would be interesting seeing Bonds in San Fran wearing a rival's jersey.
 
Won't happen. I'm convinced if someone does take a chance on him, it would be in the AL.

Same here, I don't think he could do anything but DH.
 
I think it would be a mistake to sign him in the NL. You'd be signing a guy who is a good enough hitter to play every day, but is forced to be nothing more than a backup because of a lack of defense (though, he's probably not as bad as we're making him out to be in the field).

I'm still surprised Detroit didn't sign him during the off-season. If he doesn't get signed this year, I think it will be because Selig made it clear he didn't want him around anymore.
