College football week 14 thread: The Greatest Story Ever Toad

• Maryland vs. N.C. State in a postseason game in Charlotte should be reserved for the ACC basketball tournament, not a college football bowl game.

NCSU can always see if David Thompson and Tommy Burleson will lead the team out of the tunnel. Maryland can counter with Len Elmore.

And, of course, the NCAA now allows overtime in football, too.

And I checked, Tennessee fell five spots after getting housed by South Carolina. And since it didn't change SC's bowl destination, NBD. Just thought it was interesting.

That game Spencer Rattler looked like he did on that netflix QB1 show

FYI it will probably be a while before I could pull together a bowl thread, so if somebody wants to take the initiative feel free.

Player A: 67.9%, 8.6 Y/A, 20 TD, 6 INT, 154.2 Rate
Player B: 69.6%, 9.5 Y/A, 27 TD, 2 INT, 175.5 Rate

A is a Heisman finalist. B is not.
B was named his conference's Offensive Player of the Year, getting all but one vote. A plays in the same conference, received no votes.
SMH.

This is the first time since 2012 that neither Alabama nor Oklahoma have had one of the Heisman finalists.

So the Heisman has just turned into a Playoff hype-fest? Are all ballots in now? Williams will win in a walkover, guessing they had to fill out the hour with other players though.

Don't forget the best Terp and NJ Net, Buck Williams.

Are all ballots ever in? Don't they usually have a few former winners who forget to vote or just don't?
