The Sioux City Journal, a 43,500 circulation Lee Enterprises daily, has an opening for a page designer/copy editor with special interests in sports and online.
We're looking for candidates with an artistic eye and sharp copy editing skills to help out on our sports desk and do news/sports online posting through the evening hours. The applicant must be a strong editor and possess knowledge of AP style as well as the ability to write accurate and compelling headlines and work quickly under deadline pressure. Proficiency using QuarkXpress required.
