There still are a lot of moving parts, so I'll go into the details later. But for right now I could really use some energy from y'all... (No I am NOT dying, so that's a good thing for now...)

All I'm asking is that you hoist a tall one in my honor or play some Springsteen and if you're still in the business, write the hell out of it and tell a great story (or kick some ash at whatever it is you do now). And whatever your religious beliefs are, throw some of that my way also.

The good thing, is that I am whatever pashes as peace this day, but I still want the best outcome.

Thanks

To give you the best of the positive energy I have to offer, the following will be done with fullness of spirit and you in mind

Today
Walk my dog while holding an hourlong one-way conversation with him
Go to the gym and appreciate the advances made in materials science and textiles
Have three glashes of whiskey in your honor (Russell's 13, EH Taylor Barrel Proof, Blackened Wes Henderson) watching Jokic do the Sombor Shuffle

Tomorrow
Dog
Gym
Visit the in-laws
Have two glashes of whiskey in your honor (whatever is available - see above) and watch the Celtics attempt to avoid implosion

Saturday
Cake my face with Joker makeup for yardwork marathon
If a chainsaw-related ER trip is avoided, hoist a numbing number of Heinekins in your honor

Sunday
General admission show for one of my favorite metal bands. They are from Germany, not New Jersey
Hoist the metal horns skyward in your honor
Come home and give the dog a five-minute belly rub before bed

This thread, @daytonadan1983, and @DanielSimpsonDay's response to it make me want to change a few things in my life for the better - in your honor. I'll start with Boss Time, a little extra attention to the old beagle, Jokic and a whiskey, and then go from there.

All the best to you, @daytonadan1983.
