League Rules. I don't want the first one to come into play, but I will enforce it if necessary. I would very much like to get the keepers put into the draft tonight.

• Keepers will be due exactly one week before the draft each year. Effective for 2024, teams failing to turn in a roster on time will lose three keeper spots. If they are more than a day late, they will lose the remaining keeper spots. There will be no exceptions.
• Teams will be permitted and encouraged to turn in a keeper list early. Keeper lists may be submitted on the league thread on SJ.com, via PM, or by email to the commissioner at tampicostogies@yahoo.com. Owners may revise their list up until the deadline, so there is no penalty for submitting it early.
• Players will cost their owner a draft pick two slots higher than their cost the previous seasons. Undrafted players will cost a 20th-round pick. If you have two players who cost the same round, you may designate the order. If you do not, the commissioner will choose the order for you.
• Effective for the 2023 season, the league added an NA spot to allow for minor leaguers. That is determined by Yahoo's designations. Players who are suspended by MLB are not eligible for the NA spot.
• Effective 2023, the draft will be 26 rounds with an additional roster spot. NA is not a roster spot for the draft. Owners will have to move a player into that position or pick one up after the draft.
• Effective 2024, saves will be replaced by saves+holds.

Keeper lists are locked. I am still missing one list. Per the rules we all voted on, that owner will only be able to keep three players. If he does not submit a list by 8:30 p.m. EDT tomorrow, he will not be able to keep any players. I sent him a PM and I'm mentioning it here. I will see if I can put the other rosters in and add his later.

Edit: Nevermind. That was a communication issue. I have everyone's list and I have input all of them. We are ready to go for Thursday.

Two days to the draft. Please check the Draft Results tab to be sure your keepers are input correctly. If you come to me with a problem right before the draft starts, I won't be able to do anything about it.
