Working 60 and getting paid for 40 is illegal. Call the nearest Labor Department Wage and Hours office or call a labor attorney.Some people get no time off and work 60 and get paid 40. It's why newspapers are sort of uh, lousy to work for.
I know there's much more on employees' minds, but just once, I'd like to see at least one, and many more if possible, just start ripping on the executive who calls the changes "exciting."
Give them something like, "We're worried about keeping our jobs and supporting our families. What the fork is so exciting about getting laid off, or having our benefits cut?"
