Jim Cnockaert, who has worked at several papers across the country, was found guilty on child porn charges. He's facing at least five years.
This happened when he was sports editor at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle. He's also worked at papers in Washington, Michigan and Virginia (actually, not sure if it's Virginia or Tennessee).
I've worked with Jim and his wife, and both were very nice to me. I hope Jim gets the help he needs.
I just feel horrible for his wife and three daughters.
