Pat McAfee gets multi-year deal worth $30 million annually

To quote an old proverb, it pays to be a former punter.

The Pat McAfee Show apparently secured the bag, as the kids say. He signed a four-year deal that pays the show around $30 million annually, according to Shams (who oddly had the numbers for something outside of his wheelhouse, FWIW).

Not sure how much of that will directly go to McAfee but it's clear this deal has massive ramifications for sports media.

And that's not me criticizing him at all. I don't listen to the show so I'm mostly unfamiliar. But while this is life-altering money for McAfee, I doubt he gets "fork you" money from this deal.
