USA Today and The Tennessean to hire "video-forward reporter" to cover Taylor Swift

Has X changed that the whole tweet doesn't appear when you post it?

My recollection is that The Washington Post hired a reporter just to cover Michael Jordan. How is this different or similar other than the health of the newspaper industry or may that makes it totally different.

Sports reporters should be the last ones complaining about this. In the NFL today, one of the big stories was a QB got a haircut. I would argue Swift and Beyonce are worthy of beat reporters more than other teams that don't drive traffic.
