What is the best comic book movie?

And why is it Logan?

You misspelled Captain America: The Winter Soldier.:D

Logan definitely belongs in the conversation, too.

I think you also have to draw a distinction between the best and the most entertaining. Logan is a fantastic movie, but it falls way down the list in the latter category.

I just watched Logan again last night. Probably recency bias.

I saw that it was on somewhere last night. I was wondering if that is what inspired the thread.

Don't get me wrong. It is a damn good movie, but so is The Winter Soldier, which is also more enjoyable to watch.

Seems like the short list would be Dark Knight, Winter Soldier, and Endgame.
Dark Knight was just phenomenal in almost every aspect.
Winter Soldier was one of the best of the Marvel movies.
And the way Endgame stuck the landing on an unprecedented 10-year odyssey never seems fully appreciated.

It's hard to vote against The Dark Knight.

Endgame is great, but Infinity War is better. I almost count those as one movie, and if that's the case, it's a clear No. 1.

Superman II used to be the correct answer, but has been since surpassed several times. It's probably still top 10.

I feel like there has to be a Spider-Man flick thrown in for consideration, but I'm torn between No Way Home and Into The Spiderverse.
