Better Call Saul Season 6 thread (with spoilers)

We'll see Kim again right? Maybe Mike kills her to protect the Lalo secret?

Have to say I didnt get the hype of this episode…..why did we spend 10 minutes with Reed Diamond? Why didnt they explore Howard's wife actually hating him and treating him like trash when we saw her earlier in the season?

The Kim thing was expected…..we need the aftermath, that speech was peanuts. Felt like a placeholder episode.

Wow. Tough room. After being underwhelmed by the first six this spring, the last two have been incredible.

We see the tragedy of Gus Fring's life in a 10-minute snapshot at a restaurant bar. The understated clean cut of the end of Jimmy and Kim. The deep discomfort of the memorial service. Everything was given time to unspool with as few words of dialogue as possible. The goodness and simple wisdom of Nacho's father. Great stuff.

Not sure I totally got the bar scene but I did enjoy the brief education on Renee Rostaing.

Jerry!

Such a fun bottle episode. Reminded me of the train heist episode of Breaking Bad.

Stuck in a hotel near Dulles for work and actually watched it live last night for the first time in forever.

I thought it was a neat episode, and with so many of the storylines going forward already completed, an episode the show had the luxury of producing.

Love him casually throwing in that he once represented a 50-year-old chemistry teacher. No big deal.

1. Gus is gay.
2. He enjoys the finer things in life.
3. He is maniacally devoted to keeping all that under wraps in order to grow his "drug trade behind the chicken shop" empire.

And 4. He's deathly afraid of bringing anyone into that orbit for any sort of romantic endeavor for the fear that such a thing would end tragically for said person.
