Want an idea of why Miami/Spoelstra is well coached? Unlike every other team, when there is a screen set for the ball-handler, they don't automatically trail the guy over the top, they actually fight through/under the screen.

Other teams are just lemmings who simply give the ball handler a free lane to the rim.

Spoelstra is a great, not merely good, coach.
