2025 MLB running thread

Julio hits a two-run homer and the Ms salvage a series split against visiting Sacramento (that's what I am calling them, sorry MLB).

The Seattle offense sure looked familiar … eight runs, 20 hits and 41 strikeouts in the four-game series. More than twice as many Ks as hits.

That HR almost landed downtown. What a bomb.

I'd bet Manfred and MLB are more than happy with the torpedo bat story (they're talking about it right now on Sunday Night Baseball). More offense! Magic bat!

Because it's the Yankees, it gets A LOT of extra attention. If doing this made it Wonder Boy ⚡️it would've been figured out and used league-wide decades ago.

It's a normal bat that meets all the specifications. Really doubt it'll turn MLB offense into steroid-era numbers.

MLB would be thrilled if it did. Every rule change the last few years has been to generate more offense, action and to pick up the pace.

Just sort of a fun little story (unless you're a Brewers fan or Yankee hater).

Many players will try the torpedo bat. It'll be interesting to see stats with a much larger sample size.
