Haven't they been using those tapered-at-the-end "torpedo bats" in softball for years?

Really surprised a company doesn't buy the rights to baseball field tarps. Think of All State and the netting behind the goalposts. It's just sitting there. You could put your message on the roll when it isn't in use down the lines, and then a bigger version when its rolled out. Deck sealant, anti-perspirant, Scott's lawncare. It's not like baseball to leave money on the table (or field in this case).

Back in the WTBS days, the Braves had Morton Salt as a tarp sponsor. "When It Rains, It Pours."
 
Orioles home opener was pushed up a half hour because Baltimore is going to get pelted with storms around sunset. A rare smart move by MLB.
