Three new ones this fall:
Phi Slama Jama, Oct. 18
Hit it Hard (John Daly), Nov. 1
Catholics vs Convicts (Miami vs Notre Dame), Dec. 10 (after the Heisman presentation)
Details:
ESPN Films debuting three new 30 for 30 documentaries this fall, led by Phi Slama Jama
TSN shows them very soon after they premiere, or sometimes not. I have found that if it isn't college football season that the ABC affiliate in Buffalo will show new ones on Saturday afternoonsI wish we could see the episodes when they are first run up here on Canuckistan.
Crazy psyched for Phi Slamma Jamma.
Jesus, who has the hard on for Miami football?
Idea for an episode: The Greatest Day in Sports History ...
There aren't too many days when the Big 4 go at the same time, MLB, NHL, NHL, NBA.
The one on Phi Slamma Jamma was good. What I was wondering, is this the first time the subjects of two 30s have collided? They already did one on the Jimmy V N.C. State teams.
