AMC's The Walking Dead

What happened to the person in riot gear who commandeered the Zombie Trojan Horse van and started blasting at Michonne, et al?

I'm presuming he was picked up by the Governor, but unless I missed it, they never showed it.
My guess is that it was Milton.
I was confused on that as well, but a co-worker pointed out that The Gov. asked Milton if he would take a bullet for him.
The only problem I see is that Milton was still in town when Andrea asked him where The Gov. went....so I hope this gets cleared up.

You seriously are going to tell me that Shane dies if Lori isn't around at all? The entire Shane-Rick conflict was caused by that forking harpy.

I don't know if I can watch this show if these flashbacks continue.

It's really frustrating. Not in a "oh this is a good idea for the show even if it pisses me off" way.

It would be funny to introduce a secondary character in a red shirt and have him or her get offed by the end of the show.

There was a good article in the NYT today about shows offing cast members. The Walking Dead does it better than anyone, no "someone will die" teasers, they introduce a character - you almost think it will lead to something and whammo. Gone. Figured Oscar was the new T-Dog, but that didn't happen. You almost wonder why they introduce new characters and give them an arc at all in the first place.

I'd say it serves a couple of purposes. One is to make sure it has some impact when the character dies. Also, to keep reinforcing the notion that very few, if any, characters are safe.

Help me out here.
Was that the Gov. in the scenes from next week that they just do the head shot? If it is, they have switched the damaged eye from the right to the left. Major oops.

Thought the same thing, then figured he was looking in a mirror in that scene.

Unless you made it out of the farm? Lori and T-Dog make for some very light casualties from the group we actually know well. And Lori wasn't killed in battle. They need to off someone else from the core group before season's end.

I don't think Milton could run that fast.

My question was how one of the Gov.'s guy got on the tower? Aren't those on the inside of the prison?

That was mine as well. And how bad were the Grimes gang when it came to shooting? The Gov just stood there in the open and the guy on the tower had no cover.
