I wonder how much money Telnes thinks she l0st by resigning. When Telnes won the Pulitzer Prize back in 2001 she was working for Tribune Media Services. I am pretty sure while she was syndicated but not working at the Tribune. I think the Washington Post was the first paper she actually worked for.She's 63. I figured she was either ready to retire and go out in a blaze of glory or was fresh out of college and figured she could do whatever she wanted.
While the syndication market is not what it once was I wonder if she thinks she can make enough of syndication to recover some of her lost income. I acknowledge in today's economic environment she may be delusional,
