AP no longer naming suspects in minor crime stories

I would think AP wouldn't pick up most of the "minor" crime stories (DUI, theft, misdemeanor domestics, etc.) that run in their member newspapers. And I don't see why the member newspapers would run AP crime stories from out of their area unless it was something big.

I imagine some of those AP crime stories get posted online.
