Best regional restaurant chains

I do know my breakfast sandwiches. I also enjoy the everything bagel with a deli egg from Bodo's in Charlottesville. They have three locations in town, so I don't know if that qualifies as a regional chain, but I don't get why they don't open up stores in Richmond, Blacksburg, Harrisonburg, etc. I'm sure they'd be a hit.

Any time I head to the western part of the state for work, I make a Bodo's stop for breakfast. It's awesome. Fast service. Great sandwich.

I was partial to Macados in college as a regional chain, but it depends on the location. Blacksburg and Lexington fine. Lynchburg's is white trash central.

Taco Tico > Taco John's
Potato Ole's > everything else
Those little fried potato bastards are like crack.

Gates and Sons Bar-B-Q has six restaurants spanning two states.

(But they're all in the Kansas City area, so it probably doesn't qualify as regional.)

I'm thinking Macados has to be in a dedicated college town. Lynchburg has colleges, but it's not a college town.

I've been to Macados in Blacksburg and Salem, both were pretty good. For some reason I've never been to the ones that are actually closest to me.

I love Macados.
In college, the one in Bluefield was a Monday night tradition.
I crave Bobaggers and Brooklyn Bridges. The nachos grande was primo.

Family ate at the one in Beckley over Labor Day Weekend.

Great food. shirt service.

When in Missouri, go here. And stay the heck away from Imo's Pizza.

The Union Deposit original was where I met my wife. :)

Yeah, it burned down. That entire area exploded with strip malls anyway.

There are four Your Places now: Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg (Carlisle Pike), Hershey, Lancaster.

They offer lunch buffet M-F and dinner buffet on Wednesday nights, all the boli, pizza and extras you can eat for $10.95. If I go for lunch, I touch only one thing.
Did you marry a waitress? If so, that explains something...
