Braylon Edwards is a Jet

The Browns better hope that Mohamed Massaquoi continues to perform like he did this past Sunday.

Even if he doesn't, Edwards had to go. I'm just surprised anybody would still take that jackass. It's not like he was doing much for the Browns. Through four games, he has 10 catches for 139 yards and no touchdowns.

It's not like anyone was doing anything for the Browns dating back to last year.

This is bizarre. MC Hammer?

Maybe he told Crabtree to quite being 2 Legit 2 Sign.

Either that, or he told him "better get your money while you still can."

Final year of contract, too. It was going to be hard to sign him - clearly thought he was unloved in Cleveland, and they would have had to pony up to keep him. Glad they won't have to do that, now.

Best line of the past few days, via Trent Rosecrans' blog (www.cnati.com) was that it's surprising he didn't knock out LeBron's friend, since he has hands of stone.

Zero catches for Braylon on a day the Browns threw the ball 48 times had more to do with this than punching LeBron's minion. Buh-bye.

Worth a chance for The Jets

If he brings a much better attitude to the table, yes.

If he has the same attitude that he had in Cleveland.....

I keep hearing people talk about all this talent that Braylon Edwards has. Since when does running terrible routes and leading the league in drops qualify as talent? Have fun with this guy, New York.

In the words of Elmer Fudd, "Good widdance to bad wubbish."

The guy needed a change of scenery. The Browns got two players and two picks in return, that is more than enough. He wasn't going to sign and they got something for him. Wish him the best, but if BE thought it was rough in Cleveland... oh boy. Good luck with that Jets.

The tabloids are going to have a field day with Braylon. If he had this many issues in Cleveland, think about all the trouble he'll find in New York City.
Tell you one damn thing. He won't be swinging at any club greeters in NYC. Definitely a sure shot way to end up six feet under.

Miller got the name wrong. It Stanley Burrell, not Russell.
