More than a waste, it should be outlawed for anyone under 21 to go under the knife for shirt like enhancing boobs, penile inplants, and plastic surgery.

It boggles my forking mind that teenagers (as young as 14) are concerned about their "front court" to enhance their looks.

Consent? shirt, parents will cave in to anything to make their kids happy and be their "buddy/friend." A parent who loves their kids and cares about their well-being would have the balls to say "no" and stand by the final decision.

I believe once a person hits 18, they are legally adults and can do things without parental consent.

Yea, at 18 you get to make your own medical decisions, for better or worse.
