While I am curious as to what the original story said, I think the clarification makes things pretty clear.

In Wednesday's edition of the Williamson Daily News a story about police arrests in Mingo County should have said Timothy James Marcum was entering his own home when he hit Nickolus Newton Moore, who was with Marcum's wife. We apologize for the miscommunication.
