Hey pal! Good to see your name pop up again ... and you are still homebrewing!
I've upped my game since the pandemic started ... 7-tap keezer and a bar with seating for 6 in the garage. Right now got this on tap:
- Toasted Amber
- Rum-BA Brown
- Saffron Tripel
- NZ-hopped Hazy Pale
- Double Cream Ale
- a mistake of a English Double IPA - may just use as brat water LOL. Has a banana ester. No bueno. For fun, I added about 4 oz of carmel flavoring to say it was a "Bananas Foster IPA" but it sucked as well.
- 7th tap is empty
I've been cheating and filling a corny wity some of the local breweries that let me pull off their fermentors! Lol it's nice to have friends.Seven taps? Holy shirt, that's a lot of work. I have a festbier on and a pale ale cold crashing that I'll keg tonight. Really need to brew another ESB.
