ESPN's Britt McHenry is Not Nice....

Gosh, you gotta wonder why the Patriots could cut Aaron Hernandez for a murder unrelated to football.
Oh, but it was related to football. How many times did we hear Odin Lloyd was a semi-pro football player? Darth Vader must have ordered a hit.

Completely disagree. The best antidote is to videotape said bench in her full bench glory, and then put it on the internet.

Well, what I mean is, you know, in normal situations. Although pulling out your phone and asking them to repeat what they just said into the camera might be pretty clever.

Damn. I don't think she should be fired, but if I were her and reading that, I might resign. Though it softens a bit no knowing where the comments came from.

TMZ also got Jillian Barberie's opinion should anyone care.

Firm A has to date bought input J from firm X. Firm X has, as might be said, stepped on its deck. Why is A obligated to continue to purchase J from X, especially given that doing so might be especially costly to A?

Does Firm A have a contract with Firm X just for Input J , or does Firm A expect additional consideration from Firm X without additional compensation?

Or, in other words, unless there is something in a contract, if the employer insists that you are always a representative of the company even off the clock, shouldn't they be obligated to pay you for that time?
