Yes, you can see how my head exploded a little when I saw it. I should have known, though, that it was for the week.I was wondering because 12 starts for a pitcher in a season would be ridiculous. I also can't fathom what the reasoning would be for such a rule. Limiting a team to 12 starts makes a little more sense. It is a way to restrict streaming without restricting roster moves. I might even suggest it for one of my leagues.
With 12 starts a week, you can certainly still do a lot of streaming. In fact, if I were streaming that many pitchers, I'd question if I had any untouchable guys. Right now, I feel like I have four starters and a closer who I can't waive for any reason, because they'll get gobbled up fast.
