I've had a lot of hideous liquor. This may be atop the list.
A friend's husband swears by it. Whenever there are get-togethers, he's doing shots from a bottle of Malort. And only Malort. I tried it once, and it's disgusting. At least he doesn't have to worry about anyone taking his bottle.
He's also not from Chicago, so I don't know how he got into this stuff.
