This just means I will make one final trip to a Mariners game before I leave the Northwest.

i probably could talk PO into a roadie.

Oooooo, in that case, I'm in!

this just in: babar told me that drinks/dinner are on him when we get there.

Never should have left and he probably tarnished his legacy by doing so.

Still, this locks up his entry into the HOF as a Mariner.

if he doesn't pull an A-Rod.

babar's buying for you, too.

I will buy M's tickets to go see Griffey. So cool to see him back, he was the first athlete I ever really loved in Seattle.

And sign with the Rangers?

I don't know what you mean, Tomas.

sorry, dog: have his dirty laundry aired.

Hard to imagine there could be a silver lining in losing your job, but this might be it. Junior is as difficult as they get, and for uniquely strange reasons. Cincy people back me up -- there's never been a challenge like this. And I don't have to deal with it a month from now, which is kind of a bonus.

Great for Junior, great for Seattle, great for what's left of the press corps . Strangely happy not to have to be counted in that group.

I get why Seattle did it, even if they must understand his meager stats last year will only be more meager at Safeco, but was Atlanta actually hoping to have him play in the outfield?
