We're that favorite sweater from years ago, and when you find it in the back of the closet and put it on, it's as comfortable as ever, but then you notice the stain on the front courtesy of a nose bleed and the frayed cuffs from years of abuse, and by now the elbows are getting thin and you take it off — and hang it back in the closet.
