That link features some of the weakest argument I've ever read. A third-grader could poke holes through their logic. I particularly like the argument that the NCAA does what they do and that the papers haven't gone after the NCAA. How is that relevant? The last time I checked, the NCAA isn't being sued. So, until that happens, it makes no difference what the NCAA does.
