Pawlenty drops out of race

As Taft's bathtub gathers dust. Sad, really.

I suppose, but there's an easy way for them to fix that problem. I don't have a ton of sympathy.

I'm surprised it matters anyway, considering Christie looks more like most of the American public these days than Obama or Palin or Huntsman, by far.

Real 'Mericans have diabetes! (pronounced, of course, "dia-beet-us.")

He doesn't look healthy and just had to be hospitalized.

A national campaign might kill the guy.

I think if he was really planning on running, he would have been getting in shape and working on losing weight the past year. He hasn't. So, I don't think he'll run.

Think CC would like to wait for '16. So would Palin.

I don't think Palin will ever run for president. She just has to hold out the possibility to maintain her celebrity.

I agree with this. She has a much better gig right now, with better pay and far less pressure.

It's like Al Gore. The best thing that ever happened to him was losing the election. Since then, he's won an Oscar, an Emmy and a Nobel Peace Prize, and I'm sure he's raking in bucks without the hassle of having to, you know, lead the free world.

He's not ready for prime time just yet. Maybe as GOP Veep/attack dog?

You have to hand it to Obama, the guy never takes a bad photo.

Well heck, that's a reason to re-elect someone. Romney does too, but I'm not voting for him.

If Christie runs with Perry, it's 60-40 vs. the incumbent.

If he runs with the Stormin' Mormon, toss up. And I don't vote thinking it's a longshot for Romney to croak in office.

The worst thing that could happen to Palin would be if the GOP nominee were to win in 2012.

She'd have nothing to complain about, and she would lose the chance of being the GOP's star for 4 to 8 years.

Palin won't run. She can't risk losing and she can't risk the possibility that Bachmann overshadows her.

Plus, I doubt she wants to take the pay cut.
