For 125 acres? Seems like a steal to me.

I was gonna say, between the description (sounds like it is very nicely updated) + the land factor, that is a great deal for $525K.

Where I live, I was trying to buy a 4 bedroom with zero land and a postage stamp of a backyard with an HOA for $430K not long ago.

Two doors down from where I grew up there was a girl that I knew might be prone to this. I just knew.

There were ties between me and her: My first job was with her dad at his store, and she ended up marrying a second cousin once removed (yes, I looked it up and sorted the family tree out).

Turned out she became a teacher at the local middle school and got busted with a relationship with a middle school girl. It was a huge scandal because both her dad and her husband were prominent figures in town.
