One of my best buddies had a family room that looked exactly like this. He's the third of four kids so his parents did have some early 70s aesthetics.

The guys who took the credit for writing it (there is a big dispute over that) also wrote the theme songs to Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and the Bugaloos. They also wrote I Got A Name for Jim Croce….but wow those songs were …something.
