Running 2017 MLB regular season thread

Is there such a thing as a walk-off wild pitch? Because if so the Reds have thrown two in the last five games.

What's the most infuriating way for your team to lose a baseball game?

Probably walk-off balk. But walk-off wild pitch on a swinging third strike and walk-off threw it away while trying to turn a double play that would've ended the inning are up there, right? Check swing appeal is in the discussion, too.

John Rocker lost a game one time when he dropped the ball and was called for a balk.

That's how the Reds won the '72 NLCS against the Pirates. Bob Moose (great name) fired one to the backstop, allowing George Foster to score the game-winner in the bottom of the 9th in Game 5.

I'd say walk-off bases-loaded HBP of a .220 hitter on an 0-2 count.
