Did a Red Sox catcher catch Rivera in the All-Star game? They seem to pound him really well.

I would imagine Varitek certainly would have had a chance or two.

Maybe Varitek in the past, but I think the Sox are successful because they are patient and face him 19 times a season.

Varitek never caught Rivera in the All-Star Game. He started both and was well out of the game before Rivera came in.
