We have a reader who frequently sends us e-mails about our mistakes, mostly grammatical errors. He demands that his e-mails be answered.
Problem is, even though they go to a mailbox that several people have access to, he always addresses them to a person who was fired more than six month ago. I guess he didn't fact-check that well enough.
