Let's bump this thread with a shout out to American Needle, Inc. v. National Football League where the court rules it's okay for a group to sew itself together for the sake of profit...Until the Supreme Court gets involved overturns the decision, remanding it to the lower court and saying that might be collusion when teams band together under one entity to market their intellectual property.
