What always surprises me isn't that actors like Caruso, Shelly Long, Farrah ditch breakout TV careers for "the movies" - but what "movies" they ditch their careers for "Kiss of Death?" "Jade?" "Irreconcilable Differences?" "Troop Beverly Hills?" "Sunburn" - you would think they would have kicked ash in a major hit made during the summer hiatus before ditching a solid TV gig.
