I just upgraded SJ to Xenforo 1.5, which supports Two-Factor Authentication for improved account security.
If you want to enable it for your account, hover over your username and in the bottom right of the popup box you'll see "Two-Step Verification".
It uses the same mechanism thats commonly used for Gmail, Dropbox, etc, so Google Authenticator and Authy both work fine.
