From the sounds of it, I guess it was some sort of surf gang-type thing of the prosecutors are right.
Anybody in New Hampshire or San Diego know anything about this guy or the gang he supposedly belongs to?

You're right about that. Most of the d_b's on this site are caused by the original poster trying to do a cutesy subject line instead of just saying what the post is about.
