No. Police have put out his picture and pictures of his vehicle and are asking residents to lock doors and stay inside.

Background on Maine and Lewiston in particular: A lot of Somali refugees moved there in the 1990s and aughts. The last governor was very, very good about demonizing them and all the "pimps" and "drug dealers" who he said were coming up from New York to wreak havoc. Part of me is wondering if there are any hate-crime links here. Seems like that's been the case with many of these mass shootings lately.
