2023 running NBA playoffs thread

I'm enjoying the last "We're just happy to be here" year for the Cavs before the weight of expectation starts next year. Luckily Mobley will be improving along with those expectations.

The entitlement of Warriors fans is incredible.

Hey I was responding tongue firmly in cheek.

On the one hand, this may be the year we get something other than a top 4 seed playing for a title. Lakers and Warriors can easily advance through the bottom of the bracket. And if Suns and Nuggets have to go the distance against each other, it opens things up more.

On the other, the Warriors' road woes are real. Wiggins will be rusty. Kings have magic.

I've been laughing to myself when I hear people thinking the Dubs are just going to turn it on. I'll believe it when I see it.

Since when is hoping positive thoughts for your team = entitlement?

I recognize that we fans in the Bay Area have been soooooo fortunate. I tell my boys this every time. When have I ever said the teams were owed anything? I don't think so.

If just hoping for a good result = entitlement, then guilty as charged.
